ANTI-AGING

Anti-aging is a treatment to delay or stop the aging process. Many medicines can help combat aging, using both surgical and non-surgical procedures. Damage from too much sun exposure can take its toll and be responsible for most of the skin’s visible aging. As well as photo-aging, repeatedly spending time in the sun with a lack of sunscreen can lead to skin cancer alongside damage. No treatment deals with all skin issues and will have the same result for every individual. A dermatologist can determine the best procedure and whether a combination of treatments is needed.

Be it skin infections, chronic diseases, or the pigmentation that masks your rosy skin or the hair that does not do you justice, this is your one-stop solution for any little thing that bothers you about your external or internal beauty. We offer a comprehensive beauty centre and a variety of treatments because our primary goal is your comfort and happiness.

What are the signs of aging?

Aging can take its toll in many different ways, including:

  • Expression lines and wrinkles
  • Loss of fat volume
  • Loss of bone structure
  • Gravity
  • Sun damage – the worst offender
What are the different types of non-surgical anti-aging treatments?

Some treatments can smooth and tighten the skin, adding volume replacement and wrinkle reduction. However, a non-surgical procedure will provide the same lifting results as surgery, leaving you looking fresher and rejuvenated. The options include:

  • Injectables – injecting filler materials under the skin can fill in folds, smile, and laugh lines, create fuller lips and give more volume to hollow cheeks and eyes. These include dermal fillers, collagen, hyaluronic acid, synthetic fillers, and fat transfers.
  • Botulinum toxin – this temporarily paralyzes muscles when injected and prevents the skin from creasing and making wrinkles.
  • A liquid facelift – a combination of muscle relaxers, such as Botox and dermal fillers- is a liquid facelift.
  • “Face-melting” – The deoxycholic chemical acid found in the body can be injected into the body to reduce body fat in areas such as the double chin.
  • Chemical peel – glycolic, lactic, or trichloracetic acid is applied to the skin to exfoliate the top layer so dead skin cells peel off. This helps reduce fine lines, small scars, and sun-damaged skin.
  • Dermal rolling – A cylinder covered in tiny needles is rolled over the skin. The needles stimulate collagen production, and the procedure treats acne scarring, lines, and wrinkles.
  • Microdermabrasion – usually carried out at a spa, fine crystals or sand are used on the face to remove dead skin cells. The procedure is not as effective, but skin texture is improved.
  • Lasers are used for moderate lines and wrinkles and can improve skin tightness. Many different laser treatments are available, such as ablative lasers that destroy the tissue, which is replaced by new healthy tissue. Non-ablative lasers stimulate the collagen and leave it intact. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a non-skin-removing technique that softens lines and wrinkles and can help some scars fade.

It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape.

Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly.

If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full. You may also feel like you have a “baby face.”

There’s nothing wrong with having bigger cheeks. But if you’d like to make them smaller, a plastic surgeon might recommend buccal fat removal. This surgery is done to reduce the width of round faces.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”SKIN REJUVENATION” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]Sun, skin disorders, aging, and even heredity can all contribute to skin irregularities on the face and elsewhere on the body. These include textural irregularities like wrinkles and acne scars, and pigmentation changes like freckles, sunspots, or visible blood vessels. In addition, the skin may lose tone, feel less firm and lose the healthy glow that is evident in younger skin.

Different treatment modalities are available to treat the various aspects of skin damage.

Laser resurfacing, mechanical resurfacing, chemical peels, and injectable products can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles of the entire face or those that develop in specific regions of the face, such as the upper lip around the eyes. These treatments can also address pigmentation disorders, such as sun and age spots, and they can be used to improve the appearance of acne scars or other skin conditions.

The specific type of treatment that will best address your concerns is determined after a consultation with your board-certified plastic surgeon. Most skin treatments require a series of treatments and a multi-modality approach to achieving excellent results. Most importantly, the patient must be committed to protecting their skin as we advance so that the results achieved will be longer-lasting.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
